ServicesPlatinum BBQ Services provides BBQ cleaning, repairs, servicing, maintenance and restoration services.The exact work to be completed will depend on the condition, type and model of the BBQ and will be discussed with you before work begins where reasonably possible.## 2. Quotes & PricingQuotes are based on the information available to us at the time, including photographs, descriptions and inspections where applicable.A quote may change if, after inspection or commencement of work, additional issues or work are identified that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.Where additional work is required, we will seek your approval before proceeding wherever reasonably practicable.## 3. Access to the BBQYou are responsible for ensuring reasonable and safe access to the BBQ and the surrounding work area.The BBQ should be accessible and, where applicable, disconnected from gas or electrical supply when requested.If unsafe conditions, restricted access or other circumstances prevent us from safely carrying out the work, we may postpone or cancel the service.## 4. Cleaning ServicesBBQ cleaning removes grease, carbon, food residue and other build-up to the extent reasonably possible.The final result can vary depending on the age, condition, materials, previous use and level of deterioration of the BBQ.Cleaning does not guarantee that existing stains, corrosion, discolouration, scratches, heat damage or permanent marks will be removed.## 5. Repairs & Replacement PartsWhere repairs or replacement parts are required, parts may be subject to availability and manufacturer specifications.We will advise you where a repair requires additional parts or work.Unless otherwise stated, replacement parts are not included in a cleaning quote.## 6. Existing Damage & DeteriorationWe are not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, deterioration, faulty components or defects that become apparent during cleaning, servicing or repair.Cleaning or handling an older BBQ may reveal existing damage that was not visible beforehand.We will take reasonable care when working on your property and BBQ.## 7. Gas & Electrical ComponentsGas and electrical work will only be carried out where we are appropriately qualified and authorised to perform that particular work.Where specialist gas or electrical work is required, you may be referred to an appropriately licensed tradesperson.## 8. PaymentPayment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.Accepted payment methods and any applicable payment terms will be communicated before or during the service.## 9. Cancellations & ReschedulingPlease provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.We reserve the right to charge reasonable cancellation or call-out fees where applicable, particularly where significant time or travel has been allocated to the booking.## 10. Customer PropertyWe take reasonable care of customer property while performing our services.You should remove valuable, fragile or personal items from the work area before our arrival.## 11. Results & ExpectationsWhile we aim to provide a high-quality service, results can vary depending on the condition and age of the BBQ.We do not guarantee that a BBQ will look or perform as new following cleaning, repair or restoration.## 12. LiabilityNothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by pre-existing defects, deterioration, misuse, unauthorised modifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control.## 13. Australian Consumer LawOur services are provided subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit your rights under the ACL.## 14.
